List is not sorting

					<p>Page is just a sample post. I have about 740+ tags and really just want to list about 25 of the most frequently used ones. But the list won&#8217;t order itself by number of posts, which I think is a basic function (right?)&#8230; Site uses current version of WP (5.5) and PHP (7.3 I think).</p>

Any idea why this isn’t working and how to fix it? Thank you!
